Bump is where you find the café and restaurants worth crossing town for — from the people who already went.
Every post is one place: the photos, a rating out of five, and exactly where it is. Open the shop and you get its address, its overall rating, and every photo anyone has posted about it, so you know what you're walking into before you go.
Follow the people whose taste you trust and your feed fills with their finds. Sharing one of your own takes about thirty seconds: pick the photos, pick the place, tap a star.
EVERY PLACE IS A REAL PLACE
Shops are never typed in by hand. You type the name, pick the match from Apple Maps, and the address, the map pin and the directions come with it — no misspelled names, no wrong branch of the chain, no post about a place that doesn't exist.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Post in under a minute — up to six square photos, a rating out of five, a caption, and the place itself
• Open Search and it's already a directory of every shop on Bump — browse first, then search shops, posts and people when you know what you're after
• See a shop's rating, address and complete photo history, with directions one tap away
• Follow people, like posts and comments, see who liked yours, and ask your actual question in the comments — with photos if that's easier
• Save posts and shops for later, and keep your own posts in a grid on your profile
• Turn on location, entirely optional, for the top-rated shops within five kilometres and nearby finds mixed into your feed
• Get told when someone follows you, likes your post or comment, or comments on your post
• Fix a caption or change a rating after posting, and find every comment you've left under Activity history

• Pick the shop instead of typing it. Type a name and Bump searches Apple Maps as you go; tap the right branch and the address, the map pin and one-tap directions come with it. No more typing a shop's details in by hand — every place on Bump is a real place.
• Your feed knows where you are. With location on, nearby posts are mixed in alongside the people you follow.
• A hand-drawn icon set, drawn just for Bump, replaces the system icons everywhere in the app.
• Tap a photo in your feed and it zooms into the post instead of sliding in from the side.
• Feed rows read cleaner — a post's caption now sits closer to its own photo.
• The launch screen respects Reduce Motion.
• Changing your password no longer signs you out.
• Removing your profile photo now works every time.
