Improved onboarding.

Fixed: the readiness card on Home only loaded right after connecting Health and stayed empty on later launches. It now loads every time you open the app. The heart-rate line on the momentum chart is also smoother.

Usability improvement

Heart rate on the momentum chart The Watch records every reading of the match and it is drawn as a second line, with peak and per-set averages below. • Pressure heart rate: break, set, match and deciding points against all other points, for example "+9 bpm on break, set and match points" • Readiness on Home: sleep, HRV and resting heart rate against your 30-day usual, shown as a score from 0 to 100. The same snapshot is stored on each match as "Before the match" • Recovery: the drop in heart rate in the first minute after the match • Patterns in Insights: win rate with 7 h of sleep or more against less, and the same for HRV and resting heart rate. A comparison appears once there are 3 matches on each side • For matches from the last 45 days the phone also looks in Apple Health, so recent matches can get heart rate and readiness Shot counter (beta) • It is off by default; turn it on under Settings → Health → "Shot counter (beta)" • After a match, enter your hand count in the match detail. It shows the difference in percent and the threshold that would have matched best, so one week of matches is enough to tune it without re-recording • The detection thresholds are my starting guesses, so expect the first counts to be off
