Keeps 1.4.1 adds stickers and small things you asked for. • Stickers for Messages. 64 illustrated stickers of everyday things, free: tap + in a conversation, then Stickers, then the Keeps tab. • Remember filters. Import Apple purchase history, Amazon orders, receipts, and spreadsheets, then review what to add. • Keep a copy to come back to. Choose daily or weekly automatic backups and how many copies to keep.

Subscriptions on any billing cycle, a Dense grid layout, and subscription import from a CSV file. • Give a subscription any billing cycle, such as every 30 days or every 2 years: choose Custom under Billing and set a number and a unit. The subscription section is simpler, with the price and its currency on one row and what you have paid below it. • Move subscriptions in from a CSV file, with their billing intervals, renewal dates, and amounts paid. Possible duplicates are flagged before you import, and a backup import can skip subscriptions you already have. • Dense grid: a new layout with smaller tiles shows more of your collection at once. Choose it under View options > Layout. • For an app, Log automatically now suggests recording a use each time you open it, and items that cost nothing no longer ask how often you use them. • Fixes: Per month shows the right amount for currencies without cents, such as the yen, and renewal dates keep their day through short months and price changes.

Apps and subscriptions, your App Store purchases, stickers, and a faster way to manage your collection. • Set a subscription’s next renewal date; a subscription is judged by what it costs a day and a month, not by uses. A category can start its new items as apps or subscriptions. • Apps and subscriptions: set an item’s type to App or Subscription. A subscription has a billing period and a price, each renewal adds to what it has cost, and one you cancel stays in use until its paid period ends. Overview shows what your subscriptions cost a month, and Settings can remind you before one renews. • Import your App Store purchases from Apple’s Data & Privacy download: paid apps with their in-app purchases added, and subscriptions with whether they still renew. App Store icons get a photo style of their own. • An app bought once for good, with a lifetime in-app purchase, gets a Lifetime purchase tag when imported. • Make a die-cut sticker from an item’s photo, then share it, save it to Photos, or drag it into another app. • Tap an item’s photo to see it full screen, share it, style and crop it, or make a sticker. Shortcuts can log a use of any item, apps and subscriptions included. • Manage items in Settings: search, filter, and select many items at once to change their category, tags, or status, or to delete them. • Press and hold the Keeps icon on the Home Screen to log a use of an item you use often, record today’s uses, or add an item. • In the collection’s list layout, choose Layout to show full item names. • The Overview briefing now tells you what your subscriptions cost, which item you haven’t recorded a use of lately, and your best and worst cost per use. • The photo editor works like Photos: switch between Style and Crop, drag and pinch to frame, straighten or zoom with a dial, and choose an aspect ratio, with a live preview of the finished photo. • Receipt import reads more receipts correctly, including prices on their own line, quantities, and more date formats, and leaves out totals, tax, and shipping. • When reviewing imported purchases, add a photo from Photos or the web, open a new item straight from the import result, and add a purchase again even if it is already in your collection. • In web photo search, press and hold a photo to use it. • Amazon purchase cleanup in Experiment Lab shows its progress on each purchase and suggests the same names and categories as Suggest item details. • The daily check-in offers the items you have recorded, most recent first. • Choose an emoji icon by typing it from the emoji keyboard into the search field. • Changing an item’s purchase, retirement, or sale date no longer fails when uses are recorded; the date stops at the recorded uses and says why. • Performance: improved photo loading and caching. Large collections reuse totals and cost calculations to reduce work while scrolling.

Keeps now helps you count uses without remembering every one. • Log automatically: a guide on each item sets up a Shortcuts automation that records a use when your headphones connect, CarPlay starts, you scan an NFC tag, or a workout ends. Uses recorded from the widget are no longer lost if saving fails. Shortcuts cost-per-day and cost-per-use rankings now account for sale proceeds.

Feedback opens an editable email with your device model, OS version, and Keeps version/build. No diagnostic log or collection data is attached. Keeps comes to your Home Screen and Lock Screen with a new configurable Item Suggestion widget. Choose Automatic, Least Used, Best Value, or Most Expensive; Automatic uses ownership age, usage, and price data to surface a relevant item.
