Fixed a crash when opening Lands on some of the newest iPhones. Watch an ad, and the farm now shows you exactly what landed: a card with the amount that went into the till, and nothing to do but take it. Come back after a while and the offer to double your idle earnings is worth more than it used to be, depending on how long the farm was running without you. Rewarded videos were losing rewards. A video that finished a moment late, or that you closed the instant it ended, could leave you with nothing. The whole path has been rebuilt from the ground up, so a reward that was earned is paid, late or not. If an ad genuinely cannot be shown — no advertiser for your region, or your device's clock is off — the game now says so instead of leaving a button that does nothing. When your farm stalls on the way to the next building, a card points at what you were saving for and what will get you there sooner. It never spends anything for you, and it leaves on its own. Buttons that cannot be pressed finally look that way. Before this, a blocked button looked perfectly normal and simply swallowed the tap.

A Halloween farm opened up the road. Tap the glowing pumpkin on the right of your farm and you're in Hollowmist: nine new buildings, a night crew of managers, Candy Coins instead of cash, and a crow in a tweed waistcoat who insists he's the mentor there. It's a seasonal place, so visit while the fog lasts. Your farm can now tell you when the till is full, and nudge you if you've been away a few days. Both are optional and you can switch them off in Settings any time. New on the farm screen: an Ad-free button that takes you straight to the pass in the shop. Rank rewards in the newer worlds no longer round down to zero. And if we ask how you like the game, the rating sheet now opens right in the app instead of sending you off to the store. Your farm now backs itself up to iCloud. Change phones, sign in with the same Apple Account, and your managers, buildings and worlds come back exactly where you left them. You can always decline and keep playing on this device only. We also fixed two crashes some of you ran into: one closed the game when you came back after a break, the other hit after a long run of buying upgrades. Both are gone. Smaller things: the planet screen frees memory when you leave it, a stale video reward quietly reloads instead of telling you it is unavailable, and Settings has a new row for your ad consent.
