Sitecase turns a day's photographs into a document your client takes seriously — your name at the top, your registration at the bottom, and every extra they asked for, priced and signed. It runs entirely on your iPhone. No account, no cloud, no signal needed.
FOUR MOMENTS THAT COST MONEY
Before you touch anything. "That crack was already there." Without a dated photograph it becomes your crack, and your bill.
The work nobody will ever see. The pipe is behind a wall and the cable is under a floor. On paper the invoice looks padded. In photographs it looks like the job it was.
The extra. They asked, you did it, nobody wrote it down, and you're eating it. Price it, hand them the phone, take the signature. It prints in the report with their name against it.
Handover. Signed off, or an open-ended conversation about the final payment.
WHAT YOU GET
• Photograph a job and file each picture as Before, Progress, Issue, Extra or After
• Take as many shots as you need in one go, or hold the shutter to record a video
• Circle the crack, point at the corroded valve — marks are drawn over the photo, not burnt into it, so they stay sharp in the report
• Pair a before with an after and the report prints them side by side
• Price an extra, take the client's signature on the screen, and it lands in the report
• Sign off the whole job the same way
• Your logo, business name, phone, email and registration on every page
• Six colours, all of which still print in black and white
• Text in your photographs — a model plate, a serial, a meter — is read on the device and offered as a caption, so the job is searchable eight months later
• Real PDFs, A4 or US Letter depending on where you are, saved to Files or sent through the share sheet
BUILT FOR WHERE THE WORK IS
Plant rooms. Crawl spaces. Lift shafts. New builds with no service. Rural sites. Every other app in this category needs an account and a connection; basements have neither.
Sitecase makes no network requests at all. Not for analytics, not for crash reports, not for "improving the product" — there is no third-party code in it of any kind. Your clients' names and addresses are on your phone and nowhere else, so there is no database of them to leak.
PRICED FOR ONE PERSON
The platforms that serve this trade start at $29-79 a month for a single user, and one of them won't quote at all. Sitecase is under an hour of your labour, per year.
Two complete jobs are free first, with a full clean report at the end — no watermark, because a report you can't send doesn't prove anything.
Everything you've already reported stays readable and re-sendable forever, subscribed or not. The paywall gates the next job, never your records.
WHAT IT DOESN'T DO
No invoicing, payments, quoting, scheduling, dispatch, time tracking, client portals, team seats or cloud backup. Every one of those is either a different product or a server, and a server is the thing this app is built without.
It does one job: it turns a day's photographs into a document a client takes seriously.

Two complete jobs are free. After that, Sitecase Pro unlocks unlimited jobs and reports:

Prices are in US dollars; the App Store shows the equivalent in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings, or from Sitecase under Your business → Subscription.
