Supervisors can now take staff attendance, read the agenda of their campus, and delete exams; teachers can ask a supervisor to delete an exam. Fixes two-step enrolment when the app is reopened, attaching files from OneDrive and other cloud apps, and a clearer message when a school exam has no subject. Then use the language menu on the right ("English (U.S.) ▾") to switch to Arabic and French, if the listing has them, and paste the AR / FR notes from my earlier message.

Each one sees the tools it uses. • Schools and institutes: a daily register taken once in the morning for each class, late arrivals recorded at the gate, and a substitute teacher for any lesson. • Absence excuses: parents send the reason from the app, and the office accepts or rejects it. Parents can be told automatically when their child is absent or late. • Marks: every subject's marks in every period, with the averages, for students and parents in schools and institutes. • Certificates carry a QR code that anyone can scan to check them, and can be shared as a PDF. • Institutes: specialities such as BP, BT, TS and LT for classes and students. • Education centres: contracts by the month or for the year, and private lessons charged per lesson, per hour or as a monthly package, invoiced automatically. • Payments, redesigned: families see what is coming up, their invoices and how to pay their school. The office also sees the receipts and each student's plan. • The office records advance payments, and every payment gets a receipt. • Logins: the username and a one-time link to choose a password can be sent by WhatsApp, and login cards can be shared as PDFs to print or send. • Import students, parents, staff, classes and past marks from an Excel or CSV file. • Merge two records of the same parent, and give staff their job titles. • A new Home: staff start with what needs their attention, families with homework due, new marks and unread messages. • Your school, institute or education centre creates your account. The app no longer has a sign-up form.

• Guardians can sign in with a username and a password made by the school, with no e-mail address or phone number. • Profile photos: add yours, report a photo, and let your school moderate them. • Schedule: your week and your day at a glance. • Flexible pay rules for staff payroll. • Automatic monthly billing: invoices are written for you each month, on the billing day your school sets. • Search: find students, guardians, invoices and more from one search box. • Sign in with a WhatsApp code, on a redesigned sign-in screen. • Two-step verification: add an authenticator app and save your recovery codes, right in the app. • Profiles on this phone: each family member keeps their own account, and switching needs no new code. Families see their username and can change their password. • Homework hand-ins: hand in homework as a photo or a file, and the teacher marks it in the app. • Staff check-in and check-out by location, with optional reminders when you arrive and leave. • Doors, gates and lifts that staff open by holding their iPhone near their tag. • For institutes: WhatsApp reminders. Trio writes each message and opens WhatsApp with it, ready to send, one family at a time. • For institutes: students share their school planner as photos or text, so teachers can prepare the session. • For owners and admins, everything from the web dashboard is now in the app: settings, the website editor with preview, a read-only view of your Trio billing, team and invitations, people, fees, payroll, insights, the audit log, the timetable builder and doors setup.
