Decibel meter with a funny alarm: when the room gets too loud, Grumpy Grandpa yells at it. Scream Battle and Baby mode included.
Decibel Meter shows how loud it is the moment you open it. No sign-up, no paywall, no waiting: a big dB number, a gauge, min / average / max and a live 60-second curve.
Then comes the fun part. Set a limit, and when the room stays too loud, a funny voice yells at it. Grumpy Grandpa, Santa, a robot, a cowboy, a cartoon mouse, a demon… 17 recorded voices, or record your own line ("Kids, bedtime!") and let the phone say it for you. Made for classrooms, noisy kids, open offices and roommates.
SOUND LEVEL METER
• Live dB reading within a second of launch
• Gauge with a draggable limit line

PIPE DOWN ALARM

• "Times too loud today" counter
SCREAM BATTLE
• 2–6 players, a word appears, everyone screams it in turn
• Loudest scream wins the trophy, with confetti and Grandpa announcing the winner
• Every scream saved as a curve, all-time record and a leaderboard by name
BABY MODE
• Listens for crying and answers with your own recorded voice (a lullaby, a long shhh), a shhh rhythm, or pink / white / rain noise
• Soothes for 30 seconds to 30 minutes, or until the room is quiet
• Keeps listening all night with the screen locked
• Adjustable cry level and how long the crying has to last
• Notification when the baby cries again, bedtime reminder
PRIVACY
Measurements are never recorded or uploaded: the sound level is computed on your device. Audio is saved only when you record your own alarm or baby sound, and it stays on your device.
