Pick up, and talk. A spoken conversation with a companion that adapts to you, in nine languages.
The phone rings. You pick up, and someone talks to you in Spanish, English or Norwegian. You answer as best you can. That is Causette: no lessons, no lists to recite, a conversation.
The companion across from you is an AI that speaks, listens and adapts to your level. It keeps the conversation going, rephrases, lets you search for your words. When you are lost, subtitles give the meaning, and a tapped word gets explained in a sentence. If you would rather type, you type.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• Nine languages to practise: Spanish, English, Norwegian, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Indonesian, Turkish. Swipe sideways to switch.
• Everyday themes (at the café, a weekend, meeting someone) and current topics the companion looks up for you.
• A video companion, in a scene that changes with the language.
• Subtitles on demand, with the meaning in your own language.
• A word notebook that fills itself with what you actually said, and an estimate of what sticks.
• A transcript of every conversation, to reread and correct.
HOW IT WORKS
Causette runs on your own OpenAI API key, pasted at first launch. You only pay OpenAI for what you use: no subscription, no ads, no account with us.
YOUR DATA
Conversations, vocabulary and preferences stay on your iPhone. You can export and erase everything from Settings.
