A small update for the store page. Nothing in the game changes: this is the same game as 1.2.2, and your towns, saves, coins and Shop items carry on as they were. The App Store page has new pictures, including one with friends over on the porch.

FASTER START & FIRST NIGHT - Jump Right In now leads the title screen for new players, dropping you straight onto a furnished Homestead porch. - Two Dusk Scouts test the front yard at 8:00 PM on Day 1, with a first-night Dawn Tally and extra salvage for holding the porch. - Dresser and bathroom mirrors let you change your survivor's hair, outfit and colours in-game. HALLOWEEN ON THE PORCH - The Carved Pumpkin Lantern in the Shop now costs 150 coins, so your 150-coin welcome gift buys it right away. - Open Porches lets you browse or host a public co-op porch in one tap, and shareable Dawn Tally postcards show your night's stand.

Dress the porch for autumn. AN AUTUMN PORCH Three new decorations in the Shop, on the Home shelf, for coins: the Carved Pumpkin Lantern, the Paper Bat Garland and the Twine-Tied Corn Shock. The pumpkin and the corn shock stand on the ground by your door. The bats hang on a solid wall. The pumpkin glows from its carved face. It is a decoration, and adds no light of its own. Buy a piece once, then place it from Craft, Decor, in every game except Classic. CO-OP The host needs this version for the new pieces. A friend still on the last version sees a plain stand-in where one is placed, until they update.

The biggest update yet: a whole county to explore, classes and a skill tree, bandits, a rebuilt Horde Night and a much bigger Shop. A WORLD MAP Nightporch is now about twenty towns joined by roads. Walk or drive out from a signpost, find new places, claim land, keep more than one home and sell the ones you leave behind. Pack a crate to carry supplies between homes. Horde Night reaches every home you own. NEW COUNTRY Pine forests, lake country, red canyons, snowy mountains and burnt wasteland, each with its own ground, trees, animals and sounds. Every town has its own condition and its own people. The far east holds the best finds and the worst nights. CLASSES AND SKILLS Pick Melee, Ranged or Mage when you make a survivor. Every level gives a skill point for the Skill tree, and each class has its own ability on the weapon bar. Bows and arrows, bigger bags, and levels up to 50. BANDITS Raider camps and walled villages hold the roads, and raiders go after your neighbours' homes. Beat them and they are knocked out and run. Clear a camp and its land is yours. HORDE NIGHT, REBUILT A build-up through the afternoon, three named waves, special zombies, a boss on the big nights, and a Dawn Tally for every home. New Homestead towns meet a small first horde on Day 3, and the neighbour who welcomes you holds a window with you that night. HOME Paintings, mirrors and wall hangings to find, craft or buy. Dig a pool, tile it, fill it and swim. Five porch decorations in the Shop: a lantern, wind chimes, hanging ivy, a wreath and an entry rug. THE SHOP New coin sets of clothes, hairstyles and dyes, wallpaper and floors for your homes, and paint for your vehicles. Three effects, Hearth Embers, Porch-Lamp Glow and Starlight Motes, and ten special looks sell on their own: three hairstyles, three outfits, three weapon skins and a car finish that move, glow or sound like nothing else. Buy one once and every survivor can use it, in every game except Classic. CLEARER SCREENS iPhone, iPad and Mac each have their own layout. The town map shows the places left to search and where the horde gathers. On the Map and the Stockpile, tap a place or a material and its card has the one button you need. The goals panel counts your boarded windows and doors and names the next horde. CO-OP Your survivor in a friend's town stays yours: nobody else can claim it while you are away.
