Russian customers pay you in rubles by QR code or link. You receive local currency or USD at the rate fixed when you create the invoice, and track every withdrawal. Doverka Pay is a platform for businesses abroad that helps you accept payments from customers in RUB. In the app, you can issue invoices, keep track of your balance and transaction history, view statistics, withdraw money and add managers. Doverka Pay is suitable for shops, property sales and rental companies, restaurants, clinics, and tour and transfer operators. All you need is a smartphone. HOW PAYMENT WORKS 1. Enter the amount and choose the invoice currency: your local currency or USD 2. The app creates a payment link and a QR code, which you send to your customer in a messaging app 3. Your customer opens the link or scans the QR code and pays the invoice from their own phone. They don't need to install Doverka Pay to pay 4. The money is credited to your balance in the invoice currency THE PAYMENT PAGE • Your customer sees the amount due, the exchange rate, the QR code and how long the invoice is valid for • The exchange rate is fixed when the invoice is created BALANCE AND NOTIFICATIONS • The home screen shows your balance in local currency and in USD, along with your latest transactions • You get a notification as soon as a customer pays an invoice. The app also keeps you updated on the status of withdrawal requests and verification results INVOICES AND REFUNDS • Each invoice shows its status, the exchange rate and the amount to be credited • You can resend the payment link using the Share button • You can search and filter your list of invoices • You can issue a refund to a customer and track the status of the request WITHDRAWALS You can withdraw money to your own card or your business current account. Each request shows its current stage, from review to your confirmation that the money has arrived. STATISTICS AND HISTORY • Statistics show your revenue, number of payments and average sale on a chart for the past day, week, month or a period you choose • The history for each currency shows money in, money out and the balance after every transaction. You can export it for your accountant MANAGERS • Add members of staff as managers so they can issue invoices and process refunds • You can see each manager's balance and the statistics for their invoices. As the owner, you see the revenue and transactions of all your managers VERIFICATION AND SIGN-IN • You can withdraw money and add managers once the owner and the business have been verified • You can turn on two-factor authentication: you'll then need a code from an authenticator app to sign in API FOR BOOKING SYSTEMS If you use a booking system, your developer can connect it to Doverka Pay. API keys are created in the app, and the documentation opens in your browser. Two-factor authentication must be turned on before you can create a key. GETTING STARTED 1. Contact a Doverka Pay manager to sign a contract and connect your business 2. Install the app and sign in with the account your manager sets up for you 3. Complete owner and business verification 4. Issue your first invoice and send the payment link to your customer The app supports light and dark mode. On a computer, you can use the web dashboard.
