MSeller Lite is the MSeller mobile app for sales reps, drivers and warehouse staff. It brings invoicing, order picking and deliveries to where the work happens, connected in real time to your MSeller Cloud account.
CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT IN MINUTES
• Sign up with your email and set up your business in the app: name, tax ID (RNC), address, business type, logo and brand color.
• Start with sample data to explore, or with a clean setup.
INVOICES, ORDERS AND QUOTES
• Create invoices, orders and quotes in three steps: type and customer, products, and confirmation.
• Search customers and products, or scan a product barcode with the camera.
• Add a new customer without leaving the document.
• Payment terms, notes and totals calculated as you go.
• Print the ticket on Bluetooth or network thermal printers, including electronic fiscal receipts (e-CF).
ORDER PICKING
• See the routes to prepare and the products in each order.
• Confirm the prepared quantity of each product.
• Review the summary by zone and by customer before dispatch.
ROUTE DELIVERIES
• Drivers see their active routes and stops in delivery order.
• Guided truck loading, invoice by invoice.
• Record each delivery with a photo and location as proof, or flag it with an issue.
• Open the customer's address in your maps app.
INVENTORY AND CATALOG
• Stock counts with the camera barcode scanner.
• Look up products, stock levels and customers.

Deliveries
Collection follows the customer's payment terms: only allowed payment methods are offered, and cash-on-delivery invoices require recording the payment.
For cash, the app shows the change to return and won't let you confirm if the amount received doesn't cover the total.
Partial deliveries collect only what was delivered.
Each stop shows the customer's address reference and delivery window.
Phone location is required to record a delivery outcome.
New driver home: pending deliveries, routes ready to load, and clear notices when a module isn't enabled.

Find products by barcode, code or name, scan with the camera, and create new products depending on your role.
Administrators can create products and customers from the Catalog.
General improvements
Buttons in the new MSeller style, and a back button that's visible on every screen.
Clearer sign-in messages when the email or password is wrong.
Profile photo: change it from More; if you don't have one, your initials are shown.
Fixes to the scanner and to screens that were hidden behind the keyboard or the tab bar.
