Window capture now works just like area capture. Press ⌃⇧2 and the frontmost window is preselected in place: press Return to capture it, or move the pointer to pick another window. Hover highlighting now also recognizes dialogs, menus and menu bar panels.

- Annotate area screenshots in place with shapes, arrows, text, pixel mosaic, rectangular blur and numbered markers, with undo and redo. - Copy, save or pin a capture, or continue with editable annotations in the screenshot editor. - Choose a default screenshot frame and optionally apply it to in-place outputs; transparent styles include square-corner, rounded fade, iPhone and laptop frames. - A canvas-first editor with native window controls, Copy and Export in the header, and grouped tools below the canvas. - Configurable global capture and recording shortcuts, physical-key storage, migration of previous bindings and visible conflict explanations. - A simpler Capture, Record and Tools menu, with recording timer/stop controls and Keep Awake.
