See how a council staff app works. Explore Hartvale, a sample council, with a guided tour of the staff app and the comms team's tools. Civlo keeps council staff in the loop, wherever they work. Frontline teams such as refuse crews, carers, housing officers and depot staff rarely sit at a desk or read work email. Civlo puts the council's news, must-reads and urgent alerts on their phone, and gives the comms team a simple way to reach them. TRY IT WITH A SAMPLE COUNCIL Civlo opens with Hartvale Borough Council, a made-up council with sample staff, news and events. A guided tour shows you round the staff app and the comms team's tools. Everything stays on your phone. FOR STAFF • News for your service, with must-reads you confirm you've read • Urgent alerts at the top of the app • Polls, ideas and shoutouts for colleagues • Safety Centre with lone-working check-ins and near-miss reports • Events, documents and the council podcast • Articles read aloud or translated • Quiet hours, larger text and VoiceOver support FOR THE COMMS TEAM • Write, schedule and target news and notifications by team • See who has read a must-read, and remind those who haven't • Run polls with results by team, with small teams kept anonymous • Track reach with Insights, and share it as a PDF report • Put the council's own name, logo and colours on the app YOUR DATA Civlo doesn't collect anything. You can download a copy of your data or delete it at any time. Councils interested in Civlo for their staff can contact Youell Systems at max@youellsystems.co.uk.
