Setting up Heiki and trying Pro are clearer. • During setup, your daily calories are shown as the meals they make, with the month you could reach your goal weight. • After you start a free trial of Pro, a short note explains how the trial works. Profile shows your trial and what comes after it. • On iPhone and iPad, a new card in Profile connects Apple Health in one step: your meals go to Health, and your workouts can add to your day. • When you sign in, you now see that Heiki may email you tips and offers. You can stop them any time in Profile. • If you enjoy Heiki, a card on Today lets you rate Heiki on the App Store. • Smaller fixes and improvements.

Trying and choosing Heiki Pro is simpler. • Start a free trial of Pro right from the plans, in one tap. • Changed your mind after "Not now"? The plans are in Profile and on Today whenever you want them. • During your trial, Heiki may email you a lower price to keep Pro. You can turn these emails off in Profile. • If you keep the suggested goal weight during setup, Heiki now saves it and shows when you could reach it. • Smaller fixes and improvements.

Heiki has a new look, from Today to Profile. • Today shows your whole day at a glance: your calories with their range, your meals side by side, and your week across the top. One tap on the shutter opens the camera. • Log again: if you often eat the same breakfast, add it again in one tap, from Today or the Journal. • The Journal shows your meals week by week, and you can search them. • Balance first tells you what would help this week, then shows each food group in detail. • Ask Heiki about any day, meal or week, right from where you are. • Heiki now has tabs, with a sidebar on iPad and Mac. • Profile is simpler, with your settings in one place.

• Deleting your account now also removes Heiki from your Apple ID, if you use Sign in with Apple. • We updated our privacy policy. It now explains how long we keep information, including after you delete your account. • Opening Heiki from a notification no longer closes the app. • Small fixes and improvements.

• Photograph your plate and see the number first. If the photo can't show something, Heiki asks after, and you can answer with one tap or skip it. • One button adds a meal: take a photo, pick one from your library, or type what you ate. There is more room to type, too. • A new Help menu in Profile. • Clearer, simpler words across the app. • Small fixes and improvements.

The week is the game. Set a rhythm, the days a week you mean to log, and keep it. A ring on Today, a Sunday letter, and marks in a passport for the things worth doing. Nothing you have kept is ever taken away. Your eye: guess the plate before the number is revealed, and watch your eye sharpen over the weeks. A meal without a photo gets a drawing, for Pro. The coach reads up to eight photos and re-estimates a meal from what you tell it. Fasting and your usual meal times, so reminders arrive when they should. Now on iOS 26 as well.

Small fixes. Thank you for the first week: every review and every report helps.
