YOUR HEADCOUNT, WITHOUT THE CHASING
Every guest gets a personal invitation link you can send on WhatsApp. They tap to confirm, decline or bring a plus-one. No app to install, no login, in Sinhala, Tamil or English. One link can cover a whole family, and everyone finds their own invite inside. When someone declines, their seat frees itself and the count stays true.
WHO SITS WHERE, SOLVED
Add both families' lists in one go and we catch the cousin who was added twice. Group guests the way families think: bride's side, groom's side, university friends, office crowd. Then one tap seats everyone, keeping groups together, VIPs where they belong, and the two aunties who don't talk at opposite ends of the hall. Don't like it? Tweak it and run it again. Pin a group to a table and it stays put.
WATCH THEM ARRIVE, LIVE
On the day, guests check in at the door with a QR or a tap. Every arrival lights up on your phone, in the Dynamic Island, on your Lock Screen as a Live Activity, and on your Apple Watch. Your true headcount, while the kitchen can still act on it.
THE LAST FEW HOURS, HANDED OUT
Before the doors open there are a hundred small jobs: chairs, cake table, poruwa flowers. Put each on the day's list with a time. Whoever's free taps "I've got this" and the job has a name. Anything nobody takes goes to your planner while there's still time.

The companion app puts the day on your wrist: the live check-in count with the newest arrivals, the day-of checklist where you can claim a job or add one by voice, today's tasks, and the running order with what's happening now. The Live Activity from your iPhone appears in the Smart Stack automatically.
