Talkmi is a keyboard you add next to your own. Type in your own language, tap Translate, and your message appears translated — right inside WhatsApp, with no copying, pasting or switching between apps.
Reading works the same way. Copy a message from the other person and Talkmi shows it in your language, without leaving the chat.

Your iPhone translates on the device itself, in about 20 languages. Nothing leaves your phone and it costs nothing.

More natural wording, attention to tone, and the languages Apple does not cover, such as Armenian, Georgian and Persian.
BACK-TRANSLATION: SEE WHAT THE OTHER PERSON WILL READ
You do not speak the language you are sending in, so you cannot tell whether the translation is right. Talkmi therefore translates its own translation back into your language and shows it underneath, before you send. If it does not say what you meant, you change your sentence and try again. Nothing is sent until you send it. You can switch the back-translation off once you trust it.

NO ACCOUNT, NOTHING STORED
Talkmi does not store what you type. Full Access is needed for Talkmi AI, because translating uses the internet; Talkmi then sends only the text you chose to translate.
Made for people who message someone every day who does not speak their language — at work, in care, in the family.
TALKMI AI: OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION
Free translation never needs a subscription. You can try Talkmi AI with 50 free messages. After that, Talkmi AI is a subscription per month or per year with 250 messages a month; you can buy extra messages, and those never expire. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Settings, under your name, Subscriptions.
