Make every part of your hotel stay easier with one convenient app. Explore the hotel complex, confirm your reservation, discover upcoming events, order food, request room essentials, control selected room settings, and contact the concierge.
View an image of the hotel and learn more about the complex through a short introduction. Activate Do Not Disturb mode, quickly access the restaurant menu, or scan the QR code displayed on the hotel website to confirm your reservation. Use the location map to open your device’s maps and navigate directly to the complex.
Discover upcoming events taking place at the hotel. Each event includes an image, name, date, time, and detailed description. View the seating plan, select an available seat, confirm your booking, and enable a notification two hours before the event begins.
Browse the hotel menu across four categories: main courses, appetizers, desserts, and drinks. Each category contains five items with an image, ingredients, estimated preparation time, and price. Add items to your cart, adjust quantities, remove individual selections, or cancel the entire order before confirmation.
Send quick requests to the concierge for pillows, blankets, towels, and other room essentials. Select the required quantity and submit the request directly from the app. Track its progress through the Sent, In Progress, and Completed statuses.
Manage basic room comfort settings from your phone. Adjust the air-conditioning temperature, change its operating level, and control the available room lighting. Use the quick action to switch off all supported lights at once.
Find answers to frequently asked questions about your stay, hotel services, and venue policies. Tap any question to expand its answer. If you need additional assistance, use the built-in mini chat to contact the concierge.
