TakFap Review helps restaurant owners and managers hear from every guest — and act before a bad experience
becomes a bad public review. GUESTS SCAN, YOU GET THE ANSWER
Place a TakFap QR code on tables, receipts or menus. Guests answer your own short questions in seconds: star
ratings, a written comment, and who served them. Happy guests are invited to share their experience publicly;
unhappy guests reach you privately.
ALERTS WHEN IT MATTERS
When a guest leaves 1–3 stars, you get a notification on your phone right away, with their answers and message,
so you can fix it while they may still be in the restaurant.
YOUR HOME SCREEN
• Your Google rating and how it is moving
• Unhappy guests waiting for an answer
• Urgent reviews without a reply
• Reviews, private feedback and response rate for the last 30 days
REVIEWS AND AI REPLIES
Read your Google reviews with an AI summary, sentiment and urgency. Draft a reply with AI in the tone you choose
— professional, friendly, warm and more — edit it, and publish it to Google.
PRIVATE FEEDBACK
See every answer a guest gave, mark feedback as in progress or resolved, and keep private notes for your team.
QUESTIONS, QR CODES AND STAFF
• Edit the questions guests are asked
• Show a QR code to a guest, share its link, or switch it off
• Keep a staff list per location so guests can say who served them
• Set the Google review link happy guests are sent to
BUILT FOR BUSY OWNERS
