Block distracting apps and websites, start focused sessions with one clear goal, and build better screen-time habits with FocusHold.
FocusHold is an app blocker, website blocker, focus timer, and screen-time productivity tool for iPhone.
It helps students, professionals, creators, developers, and anyone who struggles with digital distractions block distracting apps and websites, stay focused on one goal, and spend less time scrolling.
Whether you want to study without distractions, do deep work, finish a project, reduce social media use, or build healthier screen-time habits, FocusHold creates protected time for the things that matter.
FOCUS ON ONE GOAL
Start a Focus Session with one clear goal.
Choose what you want to accomplish, select the distracting apps, websites, or supported categories you want blocked, choose your focus duration, review your session, and start focusing.
FocusHold keeps your selected distractions out of reach while your focus timer runs.
Use Focus Sessions for:
• Studying without social media distractions
• Deep work and productivity
• Coding, writing, reading, and creative work
• Completing assignments or projects
• Reducing unnecessary phone use
APP & WEBSITE BLOCKER
Need to block distractions without setting a goal?
App Block mode lets you block distracting apps and websites independently from a Focus Session.
Choose the apps, websites, or supported categories you want to avoid and decide how long they should stay blocked.
Use App Block when you want to:
• Block social media while working
• Block distracting websites while studying
• Reduce screen time
• Take a digital detox
• Keep distracting apps unavailable for a set period
• Protect your attention during work or rest
SCREEN TIME PROTECTION
FocusHold uses Apple Screen Time technologies, including Family Controls, to help restrict the apps, websites, and supported categories you choose.
Your selected distractions stay protected while your session is active.
FOCUS TIMER
Every Focus Session includes a live countdown so you know exactly how much protected focus time remains.
Pause and resume support gives you flexibility while keeping your session organized.
INTENTIONAL EARLY UNLOCK
Sometimes you may need to end protection before the session finishes.
FocusHold adds intentional friction before early unlocking instead of making distractions instantly available again.
You can choose a free cooldown and reconsider your decision before unlocking.
TRACK YOUR FOCUS
FocusHold keeps a history of completed Focus Sessions and App Block sessions.
See how much time you focused, how long distracting apps and websites stayed blocked, and how much protected time you created.
FOCUSHOLD PRO
FocusHold includes a free experience for short focus sessions.
FocusHold Pro unlocks longer and custom focus durations and additional premium features.
