When your alarm rings, it won't stop until you prove you're out of bed. Do a set of push-ups or squats in front of the camera, or snap a photo of your freshly made bed — then the alarm turns off and your day begins.
WHY IT WORKS
Snoozing isn't a willpower problem. Right after you wake up, the part of your brain responsible for self-control is still groggy. Rise skips the negotiation: a few minutes of movement raises your heart rate and clears the fog, so going back to sleep stops being an option.
