Report a problem in the barn from your phone, with a photo, and follow it through to done — without chasing anyone down the aisle. Nelson Jones keeps maintenance and service requests at the Training Center moving, from the moment someone spots a problem until the work is finished. Report it where you see it Open the app in the barn, describe the issue, and attach a photo straight from the camera. No forms to find, no notes that get lost between the aisle and the office. Know what happened without asking Every request carries its own thread. Comments, photos and status changes stay together, so you can see whether the trough was fixed or is still waiting on parts — without walking over to ask. Notifications that don't vanish When something needs your attention the app tells you, and it keeps a history of every alert. If your phone was off, or you dismissed the notification by accident, it's still there waiting. Built for the people who use it Clients see their own requests. Staff see the work assigned to them. The app is a tool for the daily running of a working facility, not a catalogue or a social feed. Nelson Jones Farms & Training Center clients and staff use this app with an account provided by the Training Center.
