Premia.Vip Teams is the app for the people who run the floor: servers, kitchen, bar, till, front desk and management, in the same place your loyalty programme already lives.
YOUR SHIFT
Your week in seven cells and one button to ask for a swap. Management publishes the rota once and everyone sees the same thing.
TODAY'S TASKS
Opening and closing checklists, per venue and per station. When it matters, a task asks for a photo or a number; a reading out of range is flagged on the spot.
ANNOUNCEMENTS THAT GET READ
Management posts once and sees who confirmed. Urgent posts arrive even on a muted channel.
TEAM CHATS
Your venue, your area, and the groups you create. Voice notes arrive transcribed, because a kitchen reads rather than listens.
ACADEMY
Three minutes a day: the new menu, the procedures, how to close the till. With streaks, levels and badges.
RECOGNITIONS
When a guest names someone on the team, that person earns tokens. This is where they show up.
ASSISTANT
Ask anything about the menu, your venue or your procedures, by text or by voice. If it doesn't know, it asks your manager.
Your manager adds you by phone number. There is no open sign-up and no password to remember.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
• Checklists with evidence: photo, selfie or a short video.
• If a reading is out of range or you can't complete a line, the app asks why and alerts your manager with an incident.
• Your manager can ask for some checklists to be completed at the venue: the app confirms your location at that moment, and only then.
• Accessibility and keyboard improvements in forms.
