Import with AI from a recipe link, a photo of a cookbook or handwritten recipe, or pasted text. Review and edit the imported recipe before baking, share it, or export it to PDF. A PLAN FOR EVERY BAKE Turn a recipe into a baking session with a schedule built from its steps. Choose when to start or when you'd like to finish. Follow the current step, pause and resume timers, and receive notifications when time is up. Add notes and photos along the way. A JOURNAL THAT HELPS YOU IMPROVE Keep a separate record of each bake, even when you use the same recipe. Rate appearance, taste, texture and process. Save photos of the result, record what worked, and note what you'd change next time. SOURDOUGH MATH, MADE PRACTICAL Use the baker's percentage calculator to work from a flour weight or a target dough weight, then divide and scale your dough. Include poolish, biga or sourdough starter with adjustable hydration. Account for the flour and water in preferments and the water content of ingredients such as eggs and milk.
