JoyPin records when your employees arrive at and leave the office —
automatically. No turnstiles, no fingerprint scanners, no paper sign-in
sheets. The phone does the work.
HOW IT WORKS
The manager sets the office address and the radius of its area. The employee
installs the app and scans a one-time QR code — signing up takes half a
minute and no passwords need to be dictated. From then on the app works on
its own: entering the office area records an arrival, leaving it records a
departure.
Nobody has to open the app or press anything.

SCHEDULES
A company-wide schedule plus individual ones for those who need them. Night
shifts across midnight, working weekdays, public holidays. If there are no
fixed hours at all, set a flexible schedule and the app will simply record
the times without counting anyone as late.
NOTIFICATIONS
Employees get the start and end of the working day. Managers get late
arrivals, no-shows, and a follow-up when someone finally turns up.
ABOUT LOCATION, PLAINLY
The app needs "Always" location access: an arrival is recorded the moment
the phone crosses the boundary of the office area, and that happens while
the app is closed.
There is no continuous tracking. Between boundary crossings no coordinates
are requested, no movement route is collected, and none is shown to the
manager — they see arrival, departure and break times only. Coordinates are
deleted after 7 days.
Before tracking starts, the app shows exactly what is collected and why, and
does nothing without your consent.
JoyPin is made for employment relationships: the employer runs the
attendance record, we provide the software for it.
Ratings & Reviews
• New "Working hours" screen: managers set the company schedule and a separate schedule for each employee.
• Simpler reports: one calendar with filters showing who was late, absent or left early, plus "Late", "Absent" and "Left early" totals at the top.
• The owner panel shows how many employees have connected to the app.
• Bug fixes and stability improvements.
