Then match your resume to the job and see what to learn next. MOCK INTERVIEWS THAT FOLLOW UP • Live conversation: each question follows from your last answer, the way a real interviewer works. About 12 minutes. • Classic drill: eight questions prepared up front. About 20 minutes. • Choose who interviews you. Pick a voice, accent and seniority, and hear each interviewer before you start. • Interview against your profile, a job description you paste or link, one of your resumes, or a role you are aiming for. • Choose Mixed, Technical, Behavioral or HR screen questions, and add a focus such as system design. • Answer out loud or type. Pause, repeat a question, change the interviewer's speed, or skip a question. SCORED FEEDBACK ON EVERY ANSWER • Each answer gets a score out of 10, what worked well, what was missing and a stronger answer. • At the end you get a report: your average score and a candidate profile with a competency map, strengths, growth areas and what to practice next. • Run the same interview again, or start one focused on your weakest area. • Every interview and its score stays in one list. Edit a job once and every resume updates. • Add the job description by pasting it or importing it from a link. • Score your resume against the job and see how an applicant tracking system (ATS) would read it: what is working and what to fix. • See the gaps against the job, with keywords and skills to add. Apply a fix, draft it with AI, or write your own. • Draft a summary and a cover letter with AI. • Start a mock interview straight from any resume. AN AI PROFILE THAT COACHES YOU • Import your resume (PDF, DOC or DOCX) or your LinkedIn profile PDF. You review every field before it is saved. • Your profile completion score rises as you add experience, education, skills and projects. • The profile coach scores each section and says exactly what to change. • Get suggestions for your LinkedIn headline and About section. A CAREER GROWTH PLAN • A readiness score for your target role, and roughly how far away it is. • A skill gap analysis: your current level against what the role needs. Tap any gap to ask about it. • Learning paths with modules you tick off, a 30-60-90 day plan, possible career directions and recommended certifications.
