Policy Match
Rate NZ Political Policies
Free · Designed for iPad
Explore New Zealand’s 2026 election policies, save your views privately and compare your results across parties. Independent, source-linked and built for informed voters.
Compare New Zealand party policies, record your views and see your policy match.
Browse by party, topic and policy status. Read summaries and follow links to official sources. Rate policies from strongly agree to strongly disagree, or choose unsure. Add private notes and change your responses anytime.
Keep the policy list current without reinstalling the app. With automatic updates enabled, Policy Match checks for a newer signed policy list when you open or return to the app, no more than once every 24 hours. You can also check at any time from About. The app must be open for update checks.
Your Match summary compares the listed policies you have rated for each party. Unanswered policies do not count. Results are not voting advice or a complete comparison of party manifestos.
Your ratings and notes stay on your device. No account, advertising or political tracking. Public policy updates are downloaded separately; your responses are not uploaded. Update hosting and external websites have their own privacy practices.
There is no app-operated cloud sync or account-based recovery. Deleting the app or losing your device may permanently remove responses; a usable device backup may help.
Policy Match is independent of political parties and the Electoral Commission. Policies and coverage may change. Always consult the linked official source.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Party names are now hidden until you rate each policy, helping reduce bias. Policies also appear in a stable mixed order for easier, more balanced browsing.
