Smart Delivery Driver is the work app for drivers employed by a delivery company. There is no public sign-up. Your account is created by the company owner or your branch manager, who hands you your phone number and password. Without an account from your employer the app is of no use to you. ■ The "Active" switch — your shift, on and off One tap says you are on duty. From that moment your route is recorded and your branch manager knows you are available for orders. Switch it off and everything stops at once: no tracking, no new orders. Forget to switch it off and it turns itself off 30 minutes after your branch closes. ■ Order offers and dispatch An offer goes out to every active driver and the first to accept takes it, or your manager assigns the order to you directly. Today's orders are in front of you: customer name, phone, address, area, items, total, and your fee for the delivery. ■ Route and delivery Open an order to see the customer on the map and start navigation with one tap. Call the customer with one tap. On arrival you complete the order with a deliberate slide-to-deliver control, so it cannot be triggered by accident while you ride. ■ QR order handoff When an order is transferred to or from another driver, the app generates a short-lived QR code for it. The other side scans it and the order and its cash move over with no argument about who holds what. ■ Photograph the order ticket Photograph the cashier's receipt and it is read automatically to fill in the customer name, phone, address, items and total. Review the draft, correct it if needed, save — instead of typing everything by hand. ■ Geofence attendance Entering and leaving your branch's radius punches you in and out automatically from your location — no fingerprint device, no paperwork. The attendance screen shows your month day by day: present, late, absent, day off, with late and overtime minutes. ■ Wallet and cash A clear statement: daily wage, per-delivery fees, overtime, fines, advances, and the cash you collected from customers and handed over to the company, with your net balance. You can request an advance from the app and follow its decision. ■ Trip statistics Distance, moving time, stopped time and number of stops — computed on your phone, so they stay correct even with no connectivity. ■ Works offline If the network drops, your route points queue on the device and are all sent as soon as it returns. Not a minute of your shift is lost. ■ Background location This app collects location data even when it is closed or not in use, in order to record your route during a work shift. Why? You ride with the screen off or the app closed. Without background recording the route breaks and both trip distance and your attendance punch are lost. When? Only while the "Active" switch is ON. Switch it off and location recording stops completely. Shared with whom? Only the delivery company you work for — the owner and your branch manager. Never with other drivers, never with customers, never with advertisers, and never sold.
