Clearer iCloud status. The iCloud card in Settings and the sidebar now tell you whether your plan is synced, needs an iCloud sign-in, or iCloud is unavailable. Yuan, won and the right currency. The currency picker adds Chinese yuan and Korean won and always shows your plan’s own currency, and yen and won amounts never show decimals. A calmer Dashboard. The balance chart opens on the current month and the header is simpler. Smaller things. “Load sample” names its items in the app’s language, and Settings has a “Rate Clink Clink” row.

See when a month leans on earlier ones. A month that spends more than it brings in is flagged even while earlier months still cover it, and its net now counts what you move to savings. Your real balances steer the plan. Record what a month or an account ended on and the Timeline carries on from it, with what the plan expected shown as you type. Categories your way. Add your own, use the new Shopping, Subscriptions and Taxes, see each expense's category, and tap one in the breakdown to see just its entries. Fixes. A raise from a given month now saves, months with their own amount are listed so a change can reach them, and every screen follows the app's language.

A new Timeline on iPad and Mac. Every month sits in a compact list, with the totals and a balance chart above it. Pick one and the whole month opens right beside it. Month details made to read. What a month ends on comes first, then its income, spending and transfers in date order, with where the money goes, savings and accounts alongside. A roomier Dashboard. On iPad and Mac the balance chart and spending breakdown sit next to your savings and accounts, so the whole plan fits on one screen. Watch your debts clear. A new payoff chart shows what each debt still owes, month by month, until you're debt-free, and every debt shows how far through it you are.

Edit inside a scenario. With a scenario selected, your changes to items, goals, single months and extra payments are saved to that scenario. A strip at the top of every page shows which one you're in, with a one-tap way back. Your base plan still flows through. A raise you add to the base plan reaches every scenario, unless a scenario changed that same detail. Real news while you're in a scenario? Turn on Apply to base plan. Leave goals out of a scenario. Switch a goal off in a scenario, like a house deposit in the one where you buy with a mortgage, and its savings stop counting there. Pick payment dates from a calendar. Choose an item's first payment on a calendar, and type a loan or installment term instead of tapping through it.

Try a what-if everywhere. Pick a scenario and the dashboard, timeline, calendar and month details all show it, with a banner and a one-tap way back to your base plan. See what changes each month. The Scenarios page lists, month by month, how a scenario changes what you have left, and the balance chart draws your base plan beside it. Shape scenarios your way. Rename a scenario, add items that exist only in it, and put any amount back to the base plan with one tap. Money in your format. Choose a number format in Settings, such as 1.234,50 € or €1,234.50. Month names now follow the app's language, and amounts with cents always show both digits. Small fixes. The lowest balance month button only appears when that month is still ahead of you, and scenario amounts are typed in your currency rather than in cents.

Your plan stays yours. Opening Clink Clink on another device could swap your plan for an empty one. A plan with your data now always wins over a blank one, and Clink Clink no longer removes a plan on its own. One plan on every device. If two devices each started their own plan, they all now open the one you have been working on, not simply the older one. Lost your plan after updating? Open Settings, then Backups: a copy was kept before anything was removed, and you can restore it from there.

Month details, easier to read. The balance you end the month with now comes first, in large type, with income, spending, net and savings in colour underneath. Entries in order. Income, expenses and transfers each have their own group with a total, listed by the day they land. Where the money goes. The spending breakdown puts the biggest category first and shows each one's share of the month. Better on iPad and Mac. On iPad the month opens larger so you can take it in at a glance, and on Mac the rows are cleaner to read and click.

iCloud sync that works. Your plan now stays the same on iPhone, iPad and Mac, and the Mac picks up changes as soon as they are made. A proper welcome. A new device opens on a welcome screen: start a new plan, explore the sample, import a file or restore a backup — or wait a moment for your plan to arrive from iCloud. Safer editing. If a plan cannot be saved, Clink Clink tells you and keeps the last saved version on screen. Better across devices. Account settings fit narrow iPhones, and Undo and Redo work with a keyboard on Mac and iPad.
