YOUR MORNING. NOT THEIR FEED. You picked up your phone to check one thing. Somehow, you're still scrolling. NOT YET. puts real life first. Choose the apps that can wait, decide what happens before you open them, and give your attention somewhere better to be. Walk the dog. Get to the gym. Finish the thing. The feed will survive. YOUR ALARM WANTS EVIDENCE. Start your day with proof you're awake. Choose steps, squats, push-ups or a tag tap. The camera counts your exercise reps, so getting up becomes part of switching off. Choose whether to allow an emergency exit when you set your alarm. With it disabled, the alarm keeps coming back until your proof is complete. TOUCH GRASS FIRST. SOCIAL MEDIA LATER. Build a Morning Rule around the life you want to get on with. Choose your apps, set your mornings and decide what comes first: • Steps — reach your step goal. • Touch Grass — leave your home boundary. • Reps — complete push-ups or squats. • Go — arrive at your chosen gym, office or destination. • Tap — scan a compatible NFC tag. • One Thing — mark your chosen task as done. • Time — keep selected apps waiting until your chosen time. Your rules give that automatic “just a quick look” a reason to wait. NEED YOUR BRAIN BACK? Schedule a Focus Lock for work, studying or anything that deserves your attention. Choose which apps wait and when. Set your emergency-exit preference in advance. With it off, selected apps stay blocked until the window ends. LOCK IN. RIGHT NOW. Plans change. Focus Now lets you start a focus session when you need it. Choose your apps and duration, then get on with what matters. Focus Now has its own emergency-exit setting, so you decide how firm that commitment should be. YOUR RULES. YOUR PHONE. Keep the apps you need available while putting distractions on hold. NOT YET. uses Apple's Screen Time technology to block the apps and categories you select. Choose a supportive, sassy or brutal tone. A gentle nudge or a little attitude — your call. See your activity in History and build a routine around doing something real before reaching for your feed. GIVE YOUR THUMB A DAY OFF. Less automatic scrolling. More mornings, workouts, dog walks and things actually finished. NOT YET. Real life first. Scrolling later. MEMBERSHIP & REQUIREMENTS Some features require a paid membership. Available plans, prices and any trial eligibility are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings. Relevant features require Screen Time, Health, motion, location or camera permissions. Tap requires a compatible NFC tag, sold separately.
