UBMS Go is the guest's side of every place that runs on UBMS: hotels, restaurants, stores, gyms, spas, bike and car rentals, visa agencies. One person, one app — everything you have with them, in one feed. YOUR PLACES • Hotel stay — your room, dates, check-in and check-out, special requests • Room service — the hotel restaurant's menu, order to your room, live status • Gym membership — how many days are left, freeze and expiry • Bike or car rental — the vehicle, the plate, when it is due back • Visa case — what is paid and the balance due • Spa and salon appointments, classes, orders — what is live now on top, what is next below, history at the end GET THERE, CALL Every place has "Navigate" and "Call": open the route in Apple Maps or in CosmicNav, our own navigator app, or ring the desk in one tap. NEARBY Restaurants, stores, hotels, gyms, spas and rentals around you, nearest first. Only places that run on UBMS are listed — where UBMS is new, the list is short. Missing a place you love? "Suggest a place" (in Nearby and Profile) sends its name and city to the UBMS team, who will invite it. ORDER AND BOOK Open a place in Nearby to order from a restaurant's menu or a store's catalogue — with dish options and product variants — or to book a spa or salon visit: pick a day, a free hour and a master. You pay at the place; there are no payments in the app. DEALS Places with a deal on are marked, with its days and hours. Some deals are only in UBMS Go — they are tagged "Only in UBMS Go" and apply when you order in the app, only while the deal is on. "With deals" shows just those places. Have a promo code? Enter it in your order. Orders are paid at the venue; promo codes are the venue's discounts on its food and services; there are no in-app purchases. SHOWCASE AND DEMO PLACES Some places are labelled "Showcase" or "Demo": an order there reaches a UBMS test till, not the kitchen. A showcase place's name, address and location come from Overture Maps open data and the venue's own website. Overture Maps is a third-party open-data project; UBMS Go is not affiliated with or endorsed by it. NO PASSWORD Sign in with your phone number: the one-time code is sent to you in Telegram. Telegram is a third-party service; UBMS Go is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram. The moment the number is verified, the bookings and memberships that businesses created for it become yours. A link from your hotel opens your stay with no code at all. You can delete your account in Profile at any time. Works in English, Russian and Romanian. UBMS Go is free for guests. Businesses manage their side in the UBMS app.
