New: Dumb Phone Mode. Turn your iPhone into a simple phone in one tap, keep only the essentials, and take back hours of your day.
Your phone should work for you, not the other way around. Stay helps you block distracting apps, stop doomscrolling, and turn your iPhone into a calm, minimalist phone whenever you need it.
DUMB PHONE MODE
One tap turns your iPhone into a simple phone. Calls, messages, maps and the essentials you choose stay available. Everything else is blocked until you decide otherwise. All the focus of a dumb phone, without giving up your iPhone.
BLOCK DISTRACTING APPS
- Block social media, games, or any app that steals your time
- Set daily time limits for the apps you overuse
- Blocked apps show a calm pause screen instead of an endless feed
SCHEDULES THAT RUN ON THEIR OWN
- Create focus sessions for work, study, or sleep
- Set downtime in the evening so your nights stay yours
- Schedules turn on automatically, no willpower needed
BREAK THE HABIT
- Understand your screen time and see where your hours go
- Build better habits with a gentle, consistent routine
- A simple dopamine detox without deleting your apps
BUILT FOR PRIVACY
Stay uses Apple's Screen Time technology. Your app usage stays on your device and is never sold or shared.
Whether you want a full digital detox, a quieter evening, or just fewer hours lost to scrolling, Stay helps you put your phone down and get back to your life.
