• Reminders when you leave a place: “call Carlota when I leave home” goes off the moment you head out. Also in any task, under Reminders → Leaving. • Places: tap the map to see them all with their radius, and drop a pin to add a new one. The radius now goes down to 20 m. • Simpler Settings: everything on one screen, each thing in its own panel. • “Done” on a task’s notification checks it off without opening the app, even with your iPhone locked. • Undo everywhere: deleting a place, removing a reminder, snoozing, importing a backup… • And dozens of small touches all over the app.

• Your calendar in the Agenda: iCloud, Google or Outlook events show up in your schedule next to your tasks, and what’s next in the widget. • Your timed tasks in the calendar you choose: a Tasks one or your work calendar, so whoever shares it sees them. Checked off, they’re removed. • Use Google or Outlook? Settings → Calendar walks you through adding it. • A + on each section to add a task right into it. • When a new version is out, we’ll let you know when you open the app.

• Time frames: “this week”, “by Friday” or “between Monday and Thursday”. The task shows up every day until you do it, never overdue too soon. Also in When → Until… • Places: pick the exact spot on the map (or tap a shop) and give them other names, like “my flat”, to type or say them your way. • Routines: fix their history by tapping the days, and repeat them once a week with one tap. • To move a task, touch and hold it: no more handle on the edge. • Tasks checked off on earlier days fold away in the Inbox.

• Now in English and Spanish: Settings → Language. • New Inbox widget: check off what doesn’t have a date yet, without opening the app. • Suggestions: in Settings, circle any part of the app and tell us what you’d change. • Routines reset at the time you choose: tap it under your routines, in the Inbox. • Smoother on older iPhones.

• Detalles al escribir: toca Detalles (o tira de la barra hacia arriba) y elige el día, la hora, la duración, los avisos, la sección, la importancia o si se repite antes de añadir la tarea. • Duración en una regla: arrastra para elegir cuánto dura y mantén el dedo al final para alargarla, hasta medio día. • La bienvenida sale también al actualizar, con lo nuevo de cada versión.

NOVEDADES: • Agenda: tu día en un horario, con el tiempo libre entre medias. Tira de la semana hacia abajo y se abre el mes entero. • Rutinas: lo que se repite, con su emoji y su racha. Se tachan de un toque, también desde el widget de la pantalla de bloqueo. • Barra de escribir nueva: al tocarla eliges adónde va (hoy, mañana o sin fecha) y puedes apuntar varias seguidas. • Modo oscuro: claro, oscuro o automático. • Lugares con mapa y radio ajustable. • Una bienvenida para quien llega de nuevas. • Deslizar las tareas va más fino.

Diseño nuevo, en papel marfil y tinta azul marino, con icono nuevo y una apertura más cuidada. Corregido: al elegir una hora a mano podía guardarse otra.
