Family Policy Vault — every family policy in one place. We don't sell insurance, recommend products, or upload your data. We do one thing: turn the policies scattered across apps, paper contracts and chat threads into one ledger you can actually read. WHAT IT DOES • One place for the whole family: group policies by family member. See who is covered, for how much, when it expires and when the next premium is due. • Scan or import: photograph a policy or import a PDF contract (text PDFs recognize better; long documents can be read in batches). Insurer, product, policy number, premium and dates are detected — you confirm every key field before saving. • Renewal reminders: 30, 7 and 1 day before, plus 9 a.m. on the day. • Manage together: invite family members to view and edit. Record and manage policies for your parents now; they can take over later. • Claims ledger: when something happens, walk through who was affected → which policies apply → deadlines → document checklist. • Who to call: keep the agent, bank, doctor and each insurer's claim hotline one tap away. • Emergency card and annual report: a one-page PDF the whole family can use, plus a yearly summary of premiums and coverage. • Policy answers: ask "how much premium this year", "how long is the waiting period", "what expires in 90 days" — answered only from your own records, offline, with no invented numbers. • iCloud sync and encrypted backup: sync across your devices on the same Apple ID; restore from an encrypted backup on a new phone. • Widgets and Siri, Face ID / Touch ID lock, 10 languages. WHAT WE DON'T DO • No insurance sales, no referrals, no product recommendations. • No servers, no accounts. Your policy data never reaches our servers — we don't have any. • Data stays on device unless you turn on iCloud sync, which uses your own private iCloud database. • We don't predict claim outcomes; the insurer decides.
