Treppenhaus is the board file for the advisory board (Verwaltungsbeirat) of a German condominium association (Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaft, WEG). Inbox, topics and mail to the property management live in one place. Everyone on the board sees the same state. Questions cite the source documents. AI output is a reading aid, not legal advice. Any association can use Treppenhaus. Request access in the app with your association code; the board confirms your unit. There is no content without a membership. For day-to-day board work: • Inbox: attach new mail to a topic • Topics with status, tasks and history • Mail to the management from the topic • Document store with preview • Owners’ meetings, agenda items and resolutions • Questions against the file with citations Content is stored in the EU and encrypted with a key per association. Operators cannot read plaintext.
