DoseWise is now available in Polish. - With your iPhone set to Polish, every screen, reminder and alarm is in Polish. You can also choose Polish for DoseWise alone in iOS Settings, under Apps. - Monthly schedules now read "Monthly on 1, 15, and 31" instead of "Monthly on 1/15/31". - Some cloud scan error messages are shorter and no longer show technical details.

Dose amounts are clearer. - Doses now show how many and the strength of each, like "2 × 500 mg tablets". - Dose details show the total for each dose. - When you add or edit a medication, the total for each dose appears as you type. - Quick Add shows the total when you take more than one. - Powders and liquids show the right total in summaries.

Adding medications is easier to find, and your dose history goes further. - Add a medication from any tab with the new circled-plus button. - See your full recorded history for each medication, including older dates. - Scanned medication details stay neatly laid out. - Keep Quick Add controls in reach while scrolling. - Enjoy clearer search and scrolling on the Medications tab.

Templates in New program now show what's inside. What we improved: • Each template lists the medications it suggests and how long it runs. • Medications that already have a schedule are marked with a check and come first.

Logging a dose is now one tap away, with calm motion across the app. What we improved: • "Log a dose" is one bar above the tab bar on Today, History and Medications. • The month calendar shows each day's progress, like the week strip. • Calm motion: recorded doses move into place, counts roll and History rings fill in. Reduce Motion turns it off. • History updates straight away when you edit a dose or record one from a reminder.

We redesigned most of DoseWise: a calm grey page with white cards, one look for every medication, clearer status colors and simpler screens from Today to Settings. What we improved: • History is a simple day-by-day list of what you recorded, with a ring for each day and a clear view of your week. "Missed" is now "Not recorded", and you can log a forgotten dose straight from the list. • Today's week calendar shows each day's progress. • Edit dose lets you change a dose between taken, skipped and not recorded. • A new Morning routine program template and easier program editing. • Restoring a backup asks before replacing your data. • Times follow your device's 12- or 24-hour setting.

A new first run: tell DoseWise what you want help with, try an example day, and add your first medication before you choose a plan. Your first label scan before subscribing can use cloud scanning. DoseWise now asks about notifications once your membership starts, not during setup. A calmer look across the app: a light grey page with white cards and larger section headers, plus redesigned Settings, Quick Add, Add and Edit Medication, Medication Details, Schedules and Programs. If your membership ends, your data stays readable: browse your schedule by day, your history and your medicines, and export a backup. Reminders pause until you renew, and DoseWise tells you when they do.

Home has a simpler layout with a dose progress bar, a week calendar and clearer medication rows. Switching dates and deleting History records now feel smoother. Screen backgrounds are cleaner, and quick add uses the pill icon again.

History's weekly summary is now a plain record of your week. Each day shows one dot per scheduled dose: recorded, not recorded, or later today. New: see exactly which doses this week have no record yet.

Dose history now shows a bar for each day. When a medication has a schedule, a lighter bar behind it shows the planned amount, so a dose change is easy to spot. Fixed: the dose chart's amount labels now appear on iOS 27. Fixed: weekday and monthly schedules now work after restoring a backup.

Fixed: a medication's details screen now shows its schedules and dose history. Before, it could show "No schedule set" or "No doses logged yet" even when schedules and doses existed.

DoseWise now sends anonymous usage statistics, such as which setup steps are reached, to help us improve the app. They never include your medication names, dose details, schedules or other health information. Nothing changes in how you use DoseWise. This update also includes behind-the-scenes maintenance.
