DESIGN ON YOUR SITE PLAN
Import any PDF site plan and use it as your canvas background. Place lighting poles and junction boxes directly on the plan, then connect them in any configuration — radial, daisy-chain, or mixed. Drag nodes to reposition and the circuit updates instantly. Use the built-in calibration tool to set a real-world scale from any known distance on the plan, and SparkPro will automatically calculate wire run lengths as you build.
ACCURATE VOLTAGE DROP CALCULATIONS
SparkPro calculates voltage drop using AC resistance values from NEC Chapter 9, Table 9 — the same table your inspector will reference. Results are calculated in real time as you design:
• Worst-case voltage drop in volts and percentage
• Per-segment current and voltage drop
• Minimum end-point voltage
• Instant red/green indicator for NEC compliance (3% threshold)
Supports copper and aluminum conductors from #12 AWG to #2 AWG, and system voltages of 120V, 208V, 240V, 277V, and 480V.
PROFESSIONAL PDF REPORTS
Export a complete, print-ready PDF report with one tap. Each report includes:
• Project information header (company, project name, circuit number, date)
• Circuit layout diagram with labeled nodes and wire runs
• Full voltage drop summary
• Per-segment wire size, amperage, distance, and voltage drop table
