QR attendance, live match sheet, automatic fees, schedule and messages with parents — everything your club needs, in one app.
ManageSportClub is the platform sports clubs and academies use to keep their whole activity in one place: athletes, teams, fees, attendance, the schedule, matches and communication with parents.
The app is intended for club administrators, coaches and parents. To use it you need an account created by your club, or an invitation from it.
MEMBERS AND TEAMS
A complete record for every athlete: personal details, federation registration and medical clearance, both with expiry alerts, plus attached documents. Transferring a player between teams moves the subscription automatically, with no double billing.
MULTI-SPORT
A club with a single branch or several under the same account. The sport is set per team, player and coach, with full separation between branches, and a sport selector in the menu filters every list. Each sport has its own match vocabulary, durations and venue types.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
Monthly instalments are generated automatically per player, pro-rata for mid-month enrolment. Collect by card, cash, bank transfer or from an existing balance, with partial payments and advances. Parents pay in one tap with their saved card or turn on automatic payment of the instalment, and the receipt and invoice arrive by email. Overdue amounts get automatic reminders.
TRAINING ATTENDANCE
Mark attendance from your phone in seconds — present, late, absent or excused — or scan the player's QR code. Parents report excused absences right from the app. Full history per player and per team, with attendance percentages.
SCHEDULE AND EVENTS
Recurring training sessions; league, cup, playoff or friendly matches; tournaments with groups and standings; one-on-one coach and player sessions. Monthly, weekly or daily calendar, with RSVP and a record of the replies. Cancellations and reschedules reach everyone involved instantly.
LIVE MATCH SHEET
Keep the match sheet in real time from your phone: score, scorers, assists, cards, substitutions, fouls and extra time, with a single button for the match flow. Volleyball by sets, basketball by periods, football and handball with goalkeeper, plus results for individual competitions (swimming, martial arts, gymnastics). Works offline, the screen stays on, and the sheet locks after the final whistle.
EVALUATIONS AND SKILL TESTS
Evaluation templates per sport, skill tests with a target for every drill and colour-coded results at a glance. Follow each athlete's progress from one test to the next.
COMMUNICATION AND NOTIFICATIONS
Announcements for the whole club, for one sport branch or for a single team, plus direct messages between administration, coaches and parents. Phone notifications for messages, announcements, due dates, overdue amounts and expiring registrations or medical clearances, with an app icon badge for unread items.
FOR PARENTS
See your child's profile, attendance, team schedule, payment status and the documents issued by the club. Confirm attendance at events, report absences, pay in one tap and receive club announcements straight to your phone.
REPORTS
Clear figures on attendance, collections, match efficiency and athlete progress, available at any time.
SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE
Report an inappropriate message or announcement and block a person right from the conversation; reports are handled by the club and by the platform. Data is hosted on our own servers, in the European Union, in line with the GDPR. Each club sees only its own data. You can delete your account directly in the app, from the My account section.
The platform is available in Romanian, English, Hungarian and Spanish.
