Sleep, and a clearer look at what moves your rhythm. • Sleep tonight: set when you want to be asleep and up, then say good night. A night you keep on time adds a little to Showing up. Late, short or skipped nights never take anything away. • Tap any bar on Your profile to see how it's counted, with a calendar of the last few weeks and the days that went in. • Tap a housemate's rhythm bar to see what moves it and what it changes around the house. • The choices you make together on cards now show up as small keywords on their profile. • Calmer sleep settings, and the tab bar comes back when you go Back. Plans that train like a coach wrote them, and a house that notices when you're done. • Main lifts now open with warm-up sets, and sets, reps and rest follow your goal and each exercise's role in the day. Warm-ups never count as working sets. • 36 new exercises, each with a movement demo, plus filters in the exercise picker. • A new "Lose fat" goal keeps the muscle-building lifts and ends longer sessions with an easy walk. "How this plan works" explains the approach. • After a workout, your training partner is there on the summary and says something about it. Today shows the finished session as done. • Stance cards say whose choice it is, and show what your pick changed. • Plan's history and exercise rows are easier to scan: dates, completion, muscle groups and your best set. • Logging sets is quicker: Next moves from reps to weight to the next set, and finished exercises fold away. • Housemate profiles are reorganized, and conversations read as one scrollable thread. • Page titles sit higher, leaving more room on every tab. The house keeps its own hours. • Housemates now have their own natural bedtimes, shaped by their recovery and stress. Late at night you'll find them asleep in their rooms. • Breakfast and dinner bring people to the table. Who turns up depends on how each housemate eats. • Late in the evening, a housemate's profile lets you tell them to get some sleep. At mealtimes, you can let them know breakfast or dinner is on. • A clock now sits beside the room name in House. • Housemates arriving in a new house start their habits a little lower, so there's more room to grow together. Make yourself at home. • Every housemate now has a bedroom filled with their own belongings and details. • Ask about photos, records, tools, books, and other personal objects while their owner is there. Choose your reply and hear a little more as you get to know them. • Improved places to stand, sit, and approach furniture throughout the house. • More objects respond when you tap them, including plants, tables, equipment, and the cinema screen. Your house just got bigger. • New rooms to unlock as you train, from the basement up to the rooftop gardens. • Shared seating, so housemates sit and gather together in the common room. • A refreshed cast with new names and updated looks. • Sign in with Apple is now required to open the app. Your progress stays on your device and in your private iCloud backup.
