Keep receipts organized on your device and share clear records when you need them. IMPORT AND REVIEW Choose a receipt image from Files. On-device text recognition reads the image and suggests the merchant, date, amount, sales tax, and category. Review and correct the fields before saving. You can also paste receipt text or enter the details yourself. KEEP A SEARCHABLE LEDGER Saved receipts and verification changes stay in your vault when you reopen the app. Search by merchant or notes, filter by expense category, and mark receipts verified as you check them. Record amounts in USD, EUR, or GBP. Mixed-currency records keep their individual currency labels rather than being combined into a misleading total. EXPORT YOUR RECORDS Create CSV files for spreadsheets or PDF reports for sharing. PDF reports include every receipt across as many pages as needed. Preview the CSV and share your export through the iOS share sheet. TaxVault helps you organize records. It is not tax advice, and it does not file anything for you.
