HOW IT WORKS
Pick the club you're about to hit and ShotTraxx™ saves where you hit from. Your next mark closes that shot and logs its yards. The last club stays selected, so one tap marks another shot with the same club.
ON THE COURSE
• Find courses near you, or search by name, city, state, or ZIP. Pick your tee and start 9 or 18 holes.
• Satellite hole maps, with green, fairway, tee, bunker, and water outlines where the course is mapped.
• Live yards to the green. Front, middle, and back numbers show when the course data includes them.
• Suggested clubs start from the carries you enter.
• Free caddie club picks built from your real distances, including doglegs and layups.
• A weak GPS fix is flagged, not hidden. ShotTraxx™ never makes up a pin, a yardage, or a green.
• Forgot a shot? Add it later from the map. Move a shot or change its club.
• Drops, penalty strokes, and putts by length, with Made it and Hole Out.
• Yards and your score on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island during a round.
APPLE WATCH
• Suggested clubs and your full bag on your wrist. A tap marks the shot.
• Hole number and yards to the green, plus a watch face complication.
• The putt sheet works on the Watch too.
• Siri club picks (Pro): raise your wrist and say "ShotTraxx 7 iron", "ShotTraxx driver", "ShotTraxx same club", or "ShotTraxx undo". Siri sometimes needs a few repeats to learn the command for each club, so practice each one before you head to the course.
• The Watch runs a golf workout session during a round so the app stays open. ShotTraxx™ doesn't read your Health data and doesn't save the round to the Health app.
AFTER THE ROUND
• Scorecard with birdie and bogey marks, putts, penalties, fairways, and greens in regulation. Share it as an image.
• Live board: friends open your scores with a short code or link. No map and no GPS location.
• Club distances that update automatically from every shot.
• A shot map for each hole, and a handicap estimate from your saved rounds (not an official index).
• Export your rounds to a file and restore them later.
SHOTTRAXX™ PRO
The round stays free. Pro adds:
• Strokes gained
• This round vs your average
• Dispersion
• Trends over the last 10 and last 20 rounds
• Voice commands with Siri on Apple Watch and iPhone
Club distances from your shots, scoring, and tapping clubs on Apple Watch stay free.
Pro is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year (US prices; local prices may vary). Both plans start with a 1-month free trial for eligible new subscribers.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. If you buy a subscription during a free trial, the unused part of the trial is forfeited.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account and no sign-in. Your rounds are stored on your phone. No ads.
Course maps depend on available course data. If a course is missing, request it from inside the app.

Fixes and improvements:
- Round summary now has a scorecard, and you can share just the scorecard.
- Siri now says full club names, like "Driver" instead of "Dr".
- Siri on iPhone: say "ShotTraxx mark approach" to mark where your approach shot landed (Pro).
- New Voice commands screen in Settings listing the Siri phrases.
- Apple Watch: Mark shot and Add putt now use the right hole.
- Apple Watch tee reminder buzzes once you are about 25 yards from the tee with no tee shot marked.
- Switches now clearly show ON or OFF, with a check mark, in every theme.
- On finished rounds, the Practice round switch now sits under Share round and asks you to confirm.
- Hole maps always show the Apple Maps logo and Legal link, plus a tappable OpenStreetMap credit.
- Course data fixes for Conway Country Club and 12 Arkansas courses.
