PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your photos never leave your iPhone. There is no account to create and no server that stores your places: your map is built on your device. To name cities, Atlume asks Apple's geocoding service about approximate areas, as maps apps do. With iCloud Sync on, your marked countries, places to go and home country are kept in your own iCloud — never your photos. Anonymous usage statistics never include places, photos or locations.
FREE, AND PREMIUM IF YOU WANT MORE
Your whole map is free: every country, region, city and year, the photo map, marking countries yourself and the Wonders of the World. No ads. Atlume Premium is an optional monthly or yearly subscription, with Family Sharing. Nothing that is free will become paid.
The subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the app unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account; manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

• Journey video (Premium) – your latest trip, a year or all your travels, city by city, by car, ferry or plane.
• Travels – your most photographed city, and the place furthest from home with its route.
• Swipe a trip to remove it – handy for countries you only flew over. Hold a photo to exclude it from your map.
• How your map grew now plays as slowly as 0.2×, one flight at a time.
• Fixes: places stuck on "Locating", and Cyprus's British base areas now count as Cyprus.
