With RMC SalesInsight, builders can register themselves, place orders, and follow every pour from approval to the last truck — straight from their phone. Sales officers
and plant officers work inside the same app, so an order raised on site flows directly to the people who price it, batch it, and dispatch it. The result is faster turnaround, fewer phone calls, and a single shared record of every pour.
Beyond ordering, RMC SalesInsight helps you choose correctly before you commit. Tell the app what you are building — residential, commercial or market area, foundation, columns or roof slab, and how many floors — and it recommends the concrete grade suited to that element. Enter your volume and testing needs, and it recommends the right mixing method: transit mix for a single truckload, shrink mix for mid-sized pours, central mix when consistency across trucks matters most. The advice is explained, not just asserted, and the final choice always stays yours.
Costing is fully transparent. When an officer approves an order, the app returns a line- by-line breakdown — concrete subtotal, discount, pump charge, pipeline cost per foot, transportation, and lab testing — so there are no surprises on the bill and no informal verbal figures.
Company customers own their project network inside the app. Sites are created once with address, sector, supervisor contact and GPS coordinates, then reused on every
future order — so trucks reach the right pour, the first time.
For visibility, the app provides live order status from pending approval through approval, mixing, and out for delivery, with truck numbers and driver contacts as soon as they are assigned. Mark each truck received as it arrives and watch the order move from partially delivered to delivered. Monthly stats and a filterable order history keep management informed in real time.
