Stagetrac Worker Portal is the mobile companion for StageTrac, used by field and workshop staff to manage assigned jobs and document their work. This app is for employees of businesses that subscribe to Stagetrac. It is not a consumer app. Access requires a company ID and a worker login issued by your employer. WHAT YOU CAN DO • View active jobs and tasks assigned to you • Clock in and out, and track time on a task • Scan job QR codes to sign into work quickly • Capture photos, video, and documents for task requirements • Work offline - data syncs automatically when you’re back online • Receive messages and alerts from supervisors • Use Face ID for a faster, secure sign-in WHO IT’S FOR Workshop, factory, and field teams that already use Stagetrac on the web. - Work summaries: if your company turns this on, you'll be asked for a short summary of your work each time you sign off a task. - Job details chosen by your office now show on your active task card. - Temporary jobs: start work before a job is fully set up. These show a TEMP label. - Coworkers on a shared task are now signed off correctly when it's completed. - Better layout on tablets and iPads. - Offline tasks are easier to spot, and the task list refreshes when you reconnect.
