Make your working day easier to manage with KaamKoRecord 1.2.0. • Create private, named item catalogues for lists such as Meat or Groceries. • Import your own CSV files and choose the columns for titles, descriptions, codes and search. • Switch between catalogues and update one list without replacing your others. • Find your tools faster with refreshed Home, Items, Work, Alerts and Profile navigation. • See unread alerts at a glance and open relevant app screens from push notifications. • Choose light or dark mode in Profile, with your preference saved on your device. Your clock, breaks, timesheets, pay tools and workplaces are still close at hand.

NEW • Tax worked out the Australian way. Choose your tax situation for each workplace (tax-free threshold claimed, second job, foreign resident, working holiday maker, or no TFN) and add a HELP or study loan if you have one. Your take-home pay is then calculated for each pay period with the ATO's 2026–27 withholding formulas, instead of one flat percentage. Workplaces using your own percentage keep working as before. • Pinned notices: admins can keep an important notice at the top of the board. • A thought for the day and a little laugh now sit beside the stories on your phone. • The lists in Friends fold away behind their counts, so your profile stays tidy. • Your profile now shows which version of the app you have. • If you haven't picked a state, public holidays now follow the state your phone is in. FIXED • Posting one story no longer shows up as several. • Notifications are now cleared after 30 days.

FIXED The app sometimes looked stuck loading, showing a spinner over your timesheet when your hours were already there. NEW • Stories — post a photo or a short video that everyone sees for a day. • Change your password without leaving the app. • Change your username, from Edit profile. • A clear message when your phone has no signal, instead of a page of error text. • Adding a workplace from a payslip now highlights every box it filled in, so you can see what it read and fix anything it got wrong. • A two-column home screen on iPad. ALSO Error messages now appear under the box they belong to, and several screens that could go blank now explain themselves instead.
