Open the app and your home screen shows what actually matters right now: your next shift, anything waiting on your approval, company news, and shortcuts to the pages you use every day.
CHECK IN AND OUT
Start and end your working day with a tap. Where your employer requires it, the app quietly confirms you are at your work location — no paper sheets, no terminal queue.
KNOW YOUR SCHEDULE
See your own working week shift by shift, and get a notification when it changes, so a swapped shift never comes as a surprise.
If you manage a team, build their week from reusable shift templates, publish it, and everyone is notified at once.
TIME OFF WITHOUT THE BACK AND FORTH
Check your remaining balance before you ask. Submit a leave request in a few taps, then follow it through approval — you always know where it stands. Approvers can review and decide requests from wherever they are.
ATTENDANCE YOU CAN SEE
Review your own attendance record, and raise a correction if something looks wrong.
YOUR TEAM AND YOUR RECORD
Look up a colleague in the employee directory, or open your own profile to keep your contact details, emergency contact and documents current. Everything you are entitled to see is there — personal details, work assignment, reporting line, documents and the equipment assigned to you.

BUILT AROUND YOUR ROLE
LACER - People shows you what your role calls for and nothing else. An employee sees their own schedule, attendance, requests and profile. A manager also sees their team. HR and administrators get the organization-wide screens. Less clutter, and no guessing which pages are meant for you.

Fully available in English and French, and the app wears your company's own branding.
GETTING STARTED
LACER - People is an app your employer provides, so there is nothing to sign up for. Your HR or IT administrator creates your account and gives you your work email and password — sign in with those and you are in. Forgotten your password? Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and we email you a code to set a new one.
Because your account belongs to your employer and is linked to your employment record, accounts are created and closed by your HR administrator rather than from inside the app. To have your account or personal data removed, speak to your HR department or contact us at the support address below and we will handle it with them.
