Stick with the Ick

Home for Navigating OCD+Faith

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Stick with the Ick (SWTI) is your home for navigating all things OCD, faith, and the what-ifs in between. OCD has a way of latching onto what matters most. When it gets tangled with faith, morality, spirituality, identity, or values, it can leave you stuck in endless questions: What if I did something wrong? What if I don’t really believe? What if this thought means something about me? What if I never feel certain? You don’t have to figure out all those what-ifs alone. SWTI is your daily hub for support, connection, learning, events, groups, resources, and more, all designed to help you reclaim the big, beautiful, awesome life you were created to live. Inside the Stick with the Ick app, you can: • Join multiple support groups each week • Hang out with us live at workshops and community gatherings • Participate in monthly themes, reflections, and Ick Challenges • Connect with and learn from clinicians, faith leaders, advocates, and individuals with lived experience • Explore our evolving video library on OCD, faith, spirituality, recovery, and more • Flex your creative muscles in our Community Canvas, a space designed to share your creativity and talents with fellow Icksters • Find new ways to learn, connect, practice, and grow alongside people who get it There’s a home for you inside SWTI. You belong here!
