Get Your Vibe is the phone app for salons, barbershops, spas and independent beauty professionals who run on GetYourVibe. Your customers book from a link in a browser; you run the day from this app.
THE DAY, IN ONE PLACE
Today's diary for the whole salon, chair by chair. Bookings, walk-ins, blocked time and leave sit together, so nobody's afternoon is invisible. Move a booking without losing its history.
BOOKINGS THAT CANNOT DOUBLE UP
Times offered to a customer come from the person's own hours, their buffers, and whatever is already in their diary. Two people can tap confirm in the same second and the second one is refused — by the database itself, not a check somebody forgets to run.
THE TILL
Services at the price agreed when they were booked, tips split by person, discounts with a reason attached. Take cash, or let the customer scan a QR that pays you directly. Tax invoices numbered inside the Nepali fiscal year.
YOUR TEAM
Add stylists, set their hours, their services and their own prices, and work out commission per person. Roles decide who sees what: a stylist sees their day, a manager runs the salon, an owner sees the money.
YOUR OWN BOOKING LINK
Every bookable person gets a link for their Instagram bio, with their photos, services and prices. Share it from the app in one tap.
BUILT FOR NEPAL
Bikram Sambat dates alongside the Gregorian ones. Fonepay QR at the counter. Reminders on WhatsApp and email, so they actually arrive. Home visits carry their travel time, so nobody books you while you are in a taxi. Bridal dates up to a year ahead.
WORKING ON YOUR OWN
An independent makeup artist or nail specialist sees no team screens, no commission and no chairs to share — a booking page, a diary, receipts, and home visits if you do them.
YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT
This app is for businesses already set up on Get Your Vibe. If you are not yet, tell us about your salon at getyourvibe.app and we will set it up for you, usually within a few days. Customers booking an appointment do not need this app, or any app.
