Iosnola is GRI's meeting recorder for iPhone. It is provided to GRI employees and collaborators to capture in-person meetings, keep a secure audio archive in the organization's cloud, and produce transcripts — the same workflow the GRI recorder offers on macOS and Windows, now on iPhone.
Iosnola requires a GRI Google Workspace account to sign in.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• One-tap recording — start and stop in-person meetings instantly, with the elapsed time always visible.
• Automatic transcription — get a written transcript with speaker labels, so you can read who said what.
• Synced playback — tap any line in the transcript to hear that exact moment; the text highlights as the audio plays.
• Your library — every recording is organized by day, ready to play back, review, or transcribe.
• Secure cloud backup — recordings upload automatically to GRI's private cloud storage, even if you close the app.
• Sign in with Google — secure access with your GRI account.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign in with your GRI Google account.
2. Tap record when your meeting starts, and stop when it ends.
3. Iosnola saves the audio and uploads it securely in the background.
4. Request a transcript and read it with speaker labels, synced to the audio.
PRIVACY
Your recordings are stored in GRI's private cloud under your own account — not shared externally or sold. See the privacy policy for details.
Ratings & Reviews

• Pause and resume recordings — phone calls pause them automatically, and the recording picks up again when the call ends.
• "Session expired" notice: sign in again with one tap; pending uploads and transcripts resume right after.
