Every part of nonprofit operations, from a single donation record to the financial report, in one app. HQ is a management application that brings donation, member and operations management for associations and foundations into a single system. It uses the same data as the web and desktop clients: field teams reach the same records from their mobile device. Modules Donation management: single and bulk donation entry, campaign and project level tracking, donor records, collection history. Qurban: period and price lists, share assignment, slaughter tracking, document and video delivery to donors. Donation boxes: placement of physical boxes, counting and collection ledger. Orphan and sibling family tracking: matching, sponsorship periods, recurring payment tracking. Hafiz sponsorship: student records, sponsor matching, periodic reporting. Dues management: member dues plans, balance and collection status. Announcements: segmented bulk messaging over SMS, WhatsApp and email. Project funding: corporate and individual project budgets, approval chain, progress tracking. Accounting and reports: chart of accounts, financial statements, PDF report generation. Website management: the organisation's public site, page editor, SEO settings. Multiple organisations and branches Each user sees only the data of the organisation and branch they are authorised for. Permissions are defined per module. Languages The interface is available in Turkish, English, German and Arabic, with right to left layout in Arabic. Notifications and device Donation, approval and task notifications are delivered to the device. The camera is used for document upload. Account HQ is a business application and requires an HQ account issued by your organisation. If you do not have one, you can apply at hq.planorsoft.com. Data The application processes your organisation's own data. Data can be hosted on servers operated by Planor or on the organisation's own server.
