Point your camera at a cat — the one on your porch, the one behind the shop, the one that lives at your friend's house. Strays turns it into a pixel cat that moves into your village and lives there.

Every cat you photograph is matched to one of 36 kinds. Tabbies, tuxedos, calicos, points. Your journal remembers where you found each one, and when.
BUILD THE TOWN
271 things to place — cottages, oaks, lamp posts, fences, ponds, palms. Paint paths and grass and sand. Arrange it exactly how you want it.
IT'S ALIVE
The village runs on a real clock. Cats nap in the afternoon, head for the lamps after dark, and fireflies come out on the grass. Turn on real weather and it rains in your town when it rains where you are.
VISIT EACH OTHER
Every village has a six-character code. Send it to a friend and they can walk around your town. Sail to the harbour to see villages from strangers. See a cat you like? Take it home.
NO ADS. NO TRACKING.
Your photos are processed on your phone and stay there. There's no account and no login. Nothing leaves your device unless you tap the button that sends it.

Strays Plus is an optional subscription: iCloud backup, unlimited photos per cat, double village earnings, a bigger banner, and your village listed in the harbour. $3.99/month or $24.99/year with a 7-day free trial, or buy it outright for $59.99. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store settings.

• Pick up your cats — tap and hold any cat to lift it, then set it down anywhere on the island.
• Plus now pays 100 coins every day, and saves them up for a week if you're away.
• Earn extra coins by watching a short video — from your coin purse, or right after a catch to earn that cat's reward twice. Totally optional, never in the way, and never shown to Plus members.
• Gentle nudges — opt in to hear when your village's purse is full, or if a week goes by without a catch. Never at night.
